With enthusiasm, we develop, plan, and realize innovative and contemporary projects in cooperation with our clients. For this, we use our individual and collective know-how in combination with the latest technologies and methods.

You lead demanding construction projects in all SIA service phases, lead a planning team, and coordinate interdisciplinary internal and external cooperation. This includes the planning and monitoring of milestones, responsibility for successful project execution, designing strategies and concepts in close contact with the client, as well as developing project and service descriptions and contracts. You lead the design and permit phase and take on the design leadership in the realization phase to ensure architectural and spatial quality.

Your profile

• University degree in architecture, ideally Master
• Mediation competence between planning, economic, and ecological-cultural aspects
• Future-oriented, networked way of thinking and empathy as well as a solution-oriented mindset towards clients, specialist planners, and authorities
• Competitive personality with strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of Swiss legislation and standards
• Language proficiency in digitalization topics and promoting internal and external collaboration using the BIM method
