As Lead Security & Risks, you are responsible for the technical security and info sec risk management organization of Brack.Alltron and report directly to the CIO. You will accompany our transformation towards stronger public cloud usage and ensure that millions of customers shop with us safely. Together with your team and various IT and business areas, you will strengthen our risk awareness, further develop our security structures, and anchor a lived security culture in the company. In doing so, you are a leader, coach, and impulse provider at the same time.

Strategy & Architecture:

• Development and implementation of a security and enterprise architecture according to «Secure-by-Design» principles and a shift-left mentality in the area of software engineering
• Elaboration and communication of the security vision and strategy in alignment with corporate goals
• Advising IT on secure software and solution concepts as well as on the selection of new technologies and architecture guidelines

Team Leadership & Development:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Information Security Officers
• Designing an efficient team structure for project support and risk supervision

Risk Management & Governance:

• Responsibility for central IT risk management over the entire lifecycle – from idea to decommissioning
• Establishment, operation, and further development of the ISMS and its policies, standards, and respectively guardrails
• Definition and analysis of KPIs for continuous improvement

Security Operations & Optimization:

• Ensure oversight and effective security incident management of our IT infrastructure in close cooperation with your internal peers and the external Security Operations Center
• Proactive analysis of the threat situation as well as identification of vulnerabilities and systemic weaknesses

Projects, Vendors & Budget:

• Leading security projects with external partners (SOC, Pentests,
• Responsibility for the Security & Risks budget and the strategic planning of technology investments

Enablement & Awareness:

• Enabling other teams to implement security requirements independently through training, workshops, and resources
• Awareness campaigns to strengthen security awareness

Innovation & Research:

• Observe industry trends and new technologies to identify and contribute potential for improving our security products and processes
• Actively promote and support innovation within your area

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or cyber/information security (FH/Uni/ETH)
• Specialization in IT security (CAS/MAS, CISSP, CISM or similar); Cloud Security certifications are an advantage
• Several years of experience as CISO / Head of Security / SOC Manager, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, Dev(Sec)Ops, cloud, and IT service management as well as experience with cloud migrations (on-premise to public cloud)
• Experience in software development is a must
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs as well as their operationalization in the company
• Experience in larger tenders, vendor management, and PoC support
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Proven practical knowledge of a common standard (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST etc.) is an advantage
• Strong leadership, coaching, and change management competence
• Ability to communicate complex security topics understandably up to the executive management level
• Pragmatic, analytical, and data-driven way of working with high personal responsibility and resilience. We are looking for someone who can well maneuver tradeoffs between security, speed, feasibility, and user/developer experience.
• Fluent German, good English skills in speaking and writing (at least B1/B2)
