Your responsibility with a view to the entrepreneurial goals: * Overall responsibility for the area of demolition, deconstruction and gutting * Independently acquire, calculate and successfully implement projects * Lead, promote and plan the deployment of employees and apprentices * Dispose of machines, equipment and resources according to requirements * Further development and optimization of organizations and processes * Ensure safety, quality and environmental specifications * Proactively manage order backlog, utilization and capacities of the department * Continuously monitor cost development and profitability of the department and initiate suitable measures * Support customers, construction management, suppliers and project partners as well as clarify technical questions * Create and control reports, measurements, hourly works and billing * Maintain complete project documentation * Ensure cooperation between construction site, administration and project management. Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees: * Completed training in the main construction industry or a related field * Further training as a construction manager, site manager or foreman * Several years of experience in concrete deconstruction, concrete drilling or concrete cutting * Good knowledge of common drilling, cutting and deconstruction methods * Technical understanding of construction processes, statics and lifting operations * Experience in calculation, measurement and billing * Independent and structured way of working * Leadership competence and sense of responsibility * Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness * Organizational and communication strength * Flexibility, resilience and solution-oriented action * Confident handling of common Office, calculation and construction software solutions * Very good German skills * Driver's license Cat.
