Your mission In close collaboration with the technical manager of the group, you are responsible for the human management of the teams. You ensure the availability, development, and engagement of employees in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided to our customers. Your main responsibilities Recruit, integrate, and support employees throughout their professional career. Ensure the monitoring of performance, absences, and skill development. Conduct individual interviews and implement the necessary measures regarding personnel management. Promote a positive working climate and manage conflict situations. Guarantee effective communication between the teams and management. Participate in the planning and provision of human resources necessary for operational activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Perform regular field visits to maintain a direct link with the teams. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and organization. Your profile Training in management, leadership, human resources, or experience deemed equivalent. Proven experience in team leadership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage complex situations and support change. Sense of organization, autonomy, and decision-making ability. Interest in technical and operational environments. Excellent mastery of French. Knowledge of German constitutes an advantage.
