Do you want to represent military insurance in court and conduct objection proceedings? Then you have come to the right place with us.

What you achieve

• You conduct objection proceedings in insurance cases of the military insurance and develop legally sound decisions.
• You primarily process French-speaking dossiers and write correspondence as well as legal briefs in French.
• You represent the military insurance before cantonal insurance courts and the Federal Supreme Court.
• You analyze complex legal questions, provide sound legal advice, and develop practice-oriented solutions.
• You advise employees in ongoing cases and support them with legally demanding questions.

What you bring

• You have a university degree in law and a lawyer's license.
• You bring experience in litigation or as a law clerk and have already drafted legal decisions.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of social insurance law.
• You master German at a native level and write legal texts confidently in French. Italian language skills are an advantage.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and value professional exchange within the team.
