Physioswiss, the Swiss Physiotherapy Association, is one of the largest professional associations in the health sector. It brings together more than 12,000 members distributed across 16 cantonal and regional associations and thus commits itself in favor of an entire profession indispensable to the health of the Swiss population.

You are an experienced manager in the field of communication and you wish to take charge of the communication of Physioswiss? We are looking for someone like you for our headquarters in Berne starting from 1 January 2027.

Your area of responsibility ###

In this high-responsibility position, you will lead the Communication department and, as a member of the management, you will actively participate in the strategic development of Physioswiss. Your missions will include:

• Elaborating and implementing the communication strategy of Physioswiss, as well as leading the communication team
• Strategic development and management of social networks
• Design and implementation of other effective communication measures (publications, website) as well as the communicational support of projects and events
• Maintaining relations with the media, preferred interlocutor for media requests and responsibility for crisis communication
• Selection and management of external agencies and service providers, as well as collaboration with the public relations managers of the cantonal and regional associations
• Monitoring relevant themes and trends in the field of health and the association world

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree (bachelor's and/or master's) and demonstrate several years of professional experience in corporate communication, including management experience
• You write content with an irreproachable style, adapted to the target audience and the distribution channel, even under time pressure
• You master the media and digital tools and you are knowledgeable in social networks and other communication channels
• You demonstrate a keen sense of implementation and service, while maintaining an overview, and you impress with your strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• You are capable of managing different tasks and different projects simultaneously and of advancing them by emphasizing results
• German or French is your native language; you master the other language at least at level B2
