• Participate in basic care and the support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders
• Observe and contribute to the assessment of the physical and mental state of patients
• Support daily activities to maintain patient autonomy
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, social, and therapeutic teams
• Respect hygiene, safety, and professional ethics rules
• A marked interest in psychiatry and mental health
• Empathy, a benevolent and respectful attitude
• An ability to listen and communicate adapted to each situation
• Good resistance to stress and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment
• The desire to obtain a CFC as an ASSC and to contribute to the well-being of patients
• Ease in using IT tools
