Together with an experienced infrastructure team, you will ensure that a modern enterprise IT remains reliable, secure, and future-proof. Your tasks: You will take responsibility for the operation and further development of an international IT infrastructure. In doing so, you will work both in the Microsoft environment as well as in enterprise networking and actively contribute to infrastructure and security projects. Your field of activity includes, among others: • Further development of the Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environment • Operation and optimization of the Windows Server and Active Directory landscape • Further development of the enterprise network infrastructure with switching, VLANs, WLAN, firewalls, and network access control • Planning and implementation of infrastructure, network, and security projects • Collaboration in the further development of the IT and security architecture • Evaluation of new technologies and technical solutions • Cooperation with international specialist departments as well as external partners • Support of the 2nd and 3rd level support with technical issues Your profile: You bring several years of experience in the infrastructure sector and move confidently in modern Microsoft environments or in enterprise networking. You do not need to master every technology used perfectly. Decisive are your willingness to develop further and your interest in a versatile infrastructure role. Ideally, you bring the following: • Experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Network Engineer • Good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, or Active Directory) • Experience in enterprise networking or interest in developing further in this area • Experience with infrastructure projects • Cisco, Aruba, VMware, or PowerShell knowledge is welcome, but not a must • Very good German and English skills Personally, you convince through: • Teamwork skills and joy in collaboration • Initiative and sense of responsibility • Analytical and networked thinking • Communication strength • Structured and solution-oriented way of working What awaits you: This position offers significantly more than the classic operation of an IT infrastructure.
