Construction Manager / Project Manager / Site Manager -------------------------------------- To strengthen an established construction management company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for motivated personalities for various positions in construction management (e.g., Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Manager 80-100%). The company professionally accompanies construction projects from planning to realization and offers services in the field of structural engineering and infrastructure. In these roles, you will take responsibility for the successful execution of projects and work closely with clients, planners, and contractors. Your main tasks (typical for construction management positions): • Overall management and coordination of construction projects across all SIA phases • On-site construction management, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance • Preparation and checking of tenders, contracts, and invoices • Interface management between clients, architects, and executors • Risk management and solving challenges during execution • Documentation and acceptance of the structures Your profile: • Training as an architect, civil engineer, construction manager, or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in construction management or site management • Good knowledge of SIA standards, contract law, and construction processes • Assertiveness, organizational strength, and communication skills • Ability to work in a team and entrepreneurial thinking • Proficient German skills A responsible position with creative freedom, attractive conditions, and an experienced team in a dynamic environment awaits you.
