Export Administrator In this versatile function, you ensure that our products reach our branches and distribution partners in Europe and around the world reliably, on time and correctly. With your organizational talent, export experience and attention to detail, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our international goods flows function smoothly. Your tasks You process orders and subsequent deliveries of our products to branches and distribution partners in the EU and worldwide. You coordinate and monitor orders from entry to shipping and ensure timely processing. You organize transports with our logistics partners and closely coordinate with freight forwarders, courier services and internal departments. You create shipping and customs documents for sea, air, truck and courier and ensure correct documentation. You are in regular contact with logistics, procurement and sales and ensure a smooth flow of information. You take on administrative correspondence tasks in an international environment. You identify opportunities for optimization in order and export processing and actively contribute your ideas. Your profile You have a commercial basic training and further education in the field of export or foreign trade, for example as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist. You have experience in a comparable function and are familiar with the worldwide shipping of goods. You are familiar with shipping and customs documents and ideally have experience with different modes of transport such as sea, air, truck and courier. You work independently, accurately and in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several parallel orders. You communicate safely in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage. You are IT-affine, work safely with MS Office and quickly find your way in new systems. SAP experience is a plus.
