Your main mission will be to manage rehabilitation and re-education situations for our clients of all ages in order to preserve as well as develop their autonomy. Your main tasks: Evaluate prevention, rehabilitation, and re-education needs of clients and jointly develop an adequate intervention plan Intervene at the client's home to meet objectives while promoting the maintenance and development of their skills Adapt therapeutic equipment and manage common auxiliary means Propose treatments, advise and support the client and their entourage Coordinate the client's care with the multidisciplinary team and the network Manage the documentation related to your activity Profile: HES diploma in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland Interest in the promotion and development of one's field of activity among colleagues A first professional experience in a rehabilitation service, in home care or in a private medical practice Negotiation skills and an affirmed professional positioning Ability and interest in working in an interdisciplinary team and with network partners Being comfortable in supporting clients presenting mental health pathologies represents an asset Proficiency in standard IT tools Driving license and vehicle required We offer: An independent activity in a dynamic framework conducive to professional development.
