MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)

Mission:

You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of the equipment in the assembly workshop, intervening in both mechanical and electrical/electronic issues, as well as improving tooling and production means

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to equipment and tools, including mechanical adaptations (machining, turning, grinding, milling) and electrical/electronic troubleshooting
• Adjustment of machines and verification of their compliance after intervention
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tools in the Montage department
• Writing of non-conformity notices and intervention follow-up sheets
• Research for technical improvements on assembly lines
• Participation in the definition, realization and validation of new tools in collaboration with support services
• Assistance in training operators on the use of equipment and processes
• Management and ordering of material, spare parts and minimum stock
• Guaranteeing the application of quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• CFC in Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien, Monteur-automaticien, or technical training deemed equivalent combining mechanics and electronics
• Good knowledge in electricity/electronics and comfortable with troubleshooting
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of assembly techniques and means
• Good skills in using MS Office tools
• Logical and methodical spirit
• Good communicator, capable of demonstrating pedagogy and patience
