The International Commercial Relations field within the Law & International department represents Switzerland's interests in the field of intellectual property law at the international level. As an Advisor in intellectual property, innovation and public health, you work at the interface between intellectual property, innovation and public health issues.

What awaits you with us

• You represent IPI in Swiss foreign policy work on health (PES)
• You conduct negotiations and defend Switzerland's interests at the international level
• You promote understanding of the role of intellectual property for research, innovation and public health
• You develop positions and coordinate files within IPI and with other federal offices
• You design and organize specialized projects and events
• You network IPI with all important actors at national and international levels

What makes your success

• You hold a master's degree in international relations, public health, political science, law or in a related field
• You have several years of professional and negotiation experience, preferably in an international environment
• You know international health law and preferably also intellectual property law
• You demonstrate diplomatic skills and collaborate in a partnership manner with other federal offices and actors
• You express complex issues in a simple and convincing manner
• You are a native German or French speaker, with a good knowledge of the other language, and possess excellent English skills
• You work in a team-oriented as well as autonomous, reliable and precise manner
