Maintenance Planner

As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for the planning and monitoring of preventive or extraordinary maintenance work on the production facilities. Is this the challenge you are looking for? What you move * Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments * Planning and coordination of the required external resources * Coordination of deployments, management of resources and monitoring of the maintenance of the plants. Ensuring the availability of spare parts * Reduction of major plant downtime through optimization of preventive maintenance * Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the maintenance managers and the responsible technicians * Cooperation with production to integrate preventive and specific maintenance into the planning of their activities * Support of those responsible by creating key performance indicators, participation in the creation of procedures and technical standards as well as the management of documentation * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the performance and availability of the production plants * Support in managing the telephone calls of our hotline to coordinate the needs for internal/external resources in the event of unplanned downtime What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: EFZ as a polymechanic, automation technician, electrician, mechanic or equivalent training. Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a maintenance specialist is an advantage * Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position * Good knowledge of industrial maintenance * Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office * Approach, organizational talent and sense of responsibility. Flexibility, accuracy and independence * Good handling of stress, ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
