Dipl. Nursing Specialist with Heart and Leadership for the Residential Area

For a modern nursing institution in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed Nursing Manager for a residential area with around 25 residents. You will take on a central leadership role in a newer, professional environment and actively help shape the quality of care. Requirement Profile ##

• Tertiary education as a nursing specialist
• Several years of experience in long-term care
• Leadership experience as well as strong social competence
• Proficiency in dealing with RAI
• Networked, strategic thinking and high personal responsibility
• Good IT user skills as well as experience with common nursing systems

Tasks ##

• Leadership of the nursing team at a professional and personnel level
• Ensuring a high quality of care together with the team
• Promotion of team development as well as participation in recruitment
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning
• Participation in direct care and assumption of daily responsibility
• Ensuring complete and correct nursing documentation including RAI
• Contact person for relatives as well as external agencies
