For our client, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Flexographic Printing Machine Operator (m/f/d). In this exciting role, you are responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of modern printing systems and make an important contribution to high-quality production.

Your tasks

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring printing machines and production systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Performing quality controls according to specifications
• Documentation of production steps and results
• Cleaning, care, and minor maintenance work on the systems
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
• Participation in process optimizations and continuous improvements

Your profile

• Completed technical or manual vocational training, ideally in the printing sector
• Professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with modern machines
• Careful, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Readiness for shift work
• Ability to work in a team as well as a high sense of responsibility
