Assistant in Community Nursing and Care or Nursing Assistant at variable rate Mistral The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It carries out a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and the Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaudois hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman which brings together health partners from the Riviera and the Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. Come and join the team of the child and adolescent psychiatric hospital unit of the Fondation de Nant as an Assistant in Community Nursing and Care or Nursing Assistant at variable rate THE MISSION The Assistants in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) and the Nursing Assistants of the child and adolescent psychiatric hospital unit have the mission of ensuring the care services required for each patient, and this in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. WE OFFER The child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy service is one of the three services of the Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to ensure the care of children and adolescents in the Est vaudois sector. The hospital unit of this service, Mistral, is intended to ensure urgent hospitalizations of children and young adolescents in crisis situations. Being an ASSC or nursing assistant in this service means being at the service of children and adolescents within an interdisciplinary team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A person ideally holding a CFC in community nursing and care (or a title deemed equivalent), preferably with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry. Furthermore, having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues and the institution is important for working as an ASSC and Nursing Assistant within the Mistral team. We are also looking for a person who has availability during the week and on weekends. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of this unit and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
