Main tasks
You plan, coordinate, and control a group of assembly employees in their daily operations. Your main tasks include:
Daily assembly and disassembly planning.
Data entry and maintenance in the systems.
Creation of invoices, credit notes, and offers
Accounting and checking of incoming invoices in the technical area
Creation and maintenance of various reports
Management of keys
Close cooperation with and support of the team leaders.
The hub function between internal departments, technical dispatch, and Field Force.
The assurance of daily order fulfillment.
Education
You have completed training in the commercial sector or retail with professional experience.
Profile
You possess organizational and planning talent.
You are resilient, assertive, and think in a networked and analytical manner.
You work independently, have a quick grasp, and are flexible.
You are a team player, communicative, and work responsibly
You speak business fluent German and Swiss German; English skills are an advantage.
