Job Description

• Independent execution of new constructions or renovations
• Issuing and monitoring work (installers, apprentices, subcontractors)
• Participation in construction meetings (representation of the PL if necessary)
• Maintaining a construction journal
• Writing hourly reports, dimension checks, plan checks
• Checking weekly reports
• Material orders from wholesalers
• Scheduling of the installation staff
• Ensuring the achievement of work specifications

Requirement Profile

• Completed vocational training in Switzerland as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ, Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ or an equivalent training recognized by ESTI
• Several years of practical experience as a construction site manager
• Independent working is a prerequisite
• You are used to "dealing with" apprentices and installers
• You are willing to teach the apprentices something
• Well-groomed appearance and structured way of working
• German language in spoken and written form
• Enthusiasm and commitment
