Job Description

Your main mission will be to ensure the robustness, functionality, and sustainability of components and assembly processes, while supporting the production and development of new products or processes.

• Guarantee the robustness and functionality of our components according to different assembly processes (automatic and manual)
• Provide manufacturing ranges and machine programs for new products and series life
• Provide the various reference states and formalize know-how
• Ensure technical support to the production teams
• Participate in the trade strategy as well as its implementation in production
• Participate in the continuous improvement strategy
• Participate in the acquisition of new processes

Profile sought
-----------------

• Swiss HES Engineer training or ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, micromechanics, automation, or industrial systems
• Multi-trade skills in mechanics, automation, programming, vision, parameterization of necessary special machines
• Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes is an asset
• Experience in the diagnosis and resolution of special machine malfunctions is appreciated
• Knowledge of industrial and/or watchmaking manufacturing methods is an asset
• Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions, and taste for field work
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Team spirit and interpersonal ease
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity
