For our location Bern Wankdorf, we are looking for a Consultant who is eager to take on responsibility and actively develop our market in the Canton of Bern. What awaits you in this role As a Consultant, you are the central point of connection between our services and the SME companies of the Bern region. You drive growth, build sustainable customer relationships, and position Manpower as a strong partner for recruitment solutions. In this role, you do not take on operational recruiting tasks – you focus entirely on Sales, Consulting, and Business Development. You will: Acquire new SME customers in the Canton of Bern and further develop existing partnerships Identify market potentials and shape real business opportunities from them Advise companies on how our services can solve their personnel challenges in the long term Become a reliable contact person for decision-makers Work closely with Recruiting and Delivery teams to implement successful projects together Actively help shape the Bern location and contribute your own ideas What you bring with you: We are looking for someone with energy, persuasiveness, and genuine joy in customer work. Someone who likes to go out, builds relationships, and prefers to act rather than wait.
