Job description
For our locations in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist with heart and experience (80%-100%) starting in January or by arrangement. In our daycare centers and day structures, we offer children from three months up to school age an environment in which they spend the day with competent care and can develop through plenty of movement, healthy food, and discovery trips in the forest and nature. In doing so, we orient ourselves towards modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support the children on their way to independence by letting them actively participate and shape everyday life. Your future area of work: Together with your team colleagues, you will shape a varied daycare everyday life. This should invite the children to explore, to experience, and to develop. Together you cook at the campfire, have races, or build the Leaning Tower of Pisa even more crookedly. In doing so, you take a child-centered attitude. The assumption and co-design of areas of responsibility as well as the further development of the pedagogical thematic areas are motivating aspects of your professional everyday life. With your leadership qualities, you optimally support trainees in their learning process and are a reliable counterpart to them. What we expect from you:

Completed training as a specialist in childcare
Vocational trainer course as well as joy in training & accompanying trainees is an advantage
