• Central point of contact in sales back office
• Telephone and written customer advice in German and French
• Information on the product range and offering of individual solutions
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Support in order processing and invoicing
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Ensuring smooth processes and optimal customer care

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed commercial or technical/manual training
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Basic technical understanding desirable, but not a must
• High customer orientation and communicative strength (telephone and written)
• Independent, structured and willing-to-learn way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility with changing requirements
• Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing are mandatory
