What you will achieve with us ##

In this function, you coordinate and support the insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes. You take an active role in this service- and sales-oriented cooperation and ensure optimal care and advice for our customers.

In addition, you are co-responsible for the partnership-based cooperation with our professional brokers and intermediaries.

With organizational skills and a high awareness of service quality, you independently create offers, process applications, schedule appointments, and are part of the administrative hub of the General Agency Kreuzlingen. You take over the advice and care of customers at the reception and on the phone and assist in the training of apprentices.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the commercial sector
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as close cooperation in a team
• Independent and pragmatic way of working
• Open, empathetic, and loyal personality
• Fluent German skills
