Responsible for anesthesia and positioning care (a) 100% # Responsible for anesthesia and positioning care (a) 100% YOUR TASKS • Leadership of the anesthesia care team with direct management and promotion of approximately 30 employees at the St. Gall site • Economic management of the department as well as personnel planning adapted to qualifications • Ensure interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration in the operating theater as well as related interfaces • Co-responsibility for the development and control of required safety and quality standards • Co-responsibility in the continuing education of NDS HF certified anesthesia care experts • Participation as an anesthesia care specialist in the client-oriented professional support of our patients YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as an NDS HF certified anesthesia care expert with several years of professional and management experience • Management training, preferably CAS Leadership level, or willingness to follow it • Practical mentality with the willingness to accept changes and carry them with the team • Autonomous, resilient, and responsible personality with high professional and social competence • Excellent organizational and communication skills, good sense of self-assertion as well as mastery of MS Office tools and clinical information systems Would you like to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can fully deploy your strengths, your know-how, and your skills?
