Tasks
You support the sales team in the DIY area and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background
Offers, promotions, price changes or credits? You implement, coordinate and keep an overview
You are the contact person for key account customers and connect their concerns with sales
You coordinate the merchandising team, from shelf maintenance to assortment changes
You are the important interface between suppliers, sales and customers and ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction
You record and monitor customer orders in the ERP, reliably and precisely
Administrative tasks and evaluations are also in your safe hands
Many inquiries, many participants, many details?
You bring structure to it and hold everything together

Requirement profile
Your experience in internal sales, sales or in a hub function, together with your commercial basic training, helps you to quickly gain an overview
You work confidently with MS Office and ideally know your way around ERP systems and online shops
You communicate stylishly in German, French is a plus
Customer contact: you like it!
