Automation Technician In-House Repair What you will do: Planning and execution of repair orders (approx. 60% operational), including the preparation of failure analyses and repair offers (approx. 40% administrative) Participation in the optimization of repair processes, taking into account 5S, Lean, ESD, and occupational safety standards Management of smaller internal projects Technical and disciplinary deputy for the specialist group leader What you bring: Completed vocational training as an automation technician or a comparable technical education; further training at HF or FH level is an advantage At least 10 years of professional experience, especially in the assembly of electronic and electromechanical components; knowledge of IT, RMA, and SAP is an advantage Structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment Team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills, a high willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality Very good German and good English skills (B1) as well as strong oral and written communication skills, active listening, presentation skills, and a confident appearance Why Comet?
