Currently, we are looking for our site in Le Noirmont, a: Business Analyst and Digital Solutions Project Leader (F/H) - 100% At the heart of the company's digitalization, you act as a business referent for information systems (ERP Infor M3, Power BI reporting, digital tools) and will ensure the management of digitalization projects as well as the deployment of software solutions. Responsibilities: - Analyze, model and optimize business processes to improve operational performance - Design, develop and maintain high-performance dashboards under Power BI - Ensure the role of key user on ERP Infor M3 and accompany users on a daily basis - Lead digitalization projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners - Develop internal scripts and tools (Python, VBA, etc.) - Contribute actively to continuous improvement approaches Your profile: - Higher education (Bachelor or Master HES/University) in management engineering, management computer science, data analytics or equivalent - Confirmed experience in business analysis and/or data management - Excellent mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) - Good programming skills (Python, VBA) and automation - Experience with an ERP, ideally Infor M3 - Ability to manage transversal projects in an industrial environment - Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy and excellent communication skills What we offer: - A convivial and collaborative work environment in a family setting. - The opportunity to join an innovative and growing industrial SME. - A strategic role with varied responsibilities and a direct impact on the company's performance. - Possibilities for continuous professional development.
