It is currently looking for a Mandate Manager to strengthen its team and support its clientele with their accounting and administrative needs.
Your tasks at your new employer
You autonomously manage mandates in financial and payroll accounting, while bringing your sense of organization and reliability to the daily monitoring of files
You establish interim and annual closings in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations
You rigorously prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons
You ensure direct contact with clientele and respond to their needs with commitment, building a professional relationship based on listening, availability, and trust
You take charge of social security contributions, collaborate with authorities and insurance companies, and progressively contribute to the management and development of the branch
You offer your new employer
You hold a federal diploma for fiduciary agents or an equivalent training, or you are currently following training that allows you to orient yourself towards this qualification
You benefit from relevant experience in the fiduciary field or corresponding continuing education, with the desire to progressively assume more responsibility
You have a B2 level in German which allows you to communicate simply and effectively with your colleagues and management in a professional environment
You master the necessary tools for financial and payroll accounting as well as management IT environments, with a natural ease for automated technologies and processes
You truly enjoy contact with clients, you like working in a team, and you stand out through a positive attitude, recognized interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive spirit
