Paar- und Einzeltherapeut*in 80% The Fachstelle Ehe–Partnerschaft–Familie is the public counseling center for relationship issues of the Katholische Kirche Region Bern. The Fachstelle advises individuals, couples and families. Our service is open to all people - regardless of relationship form, sexual orientation, denomination and age. The Fachstelle is financially supported by the Gesundheits-, Sozial- and Integrationsdirektion des Kantons Bern. To complement our team, we are looking for from January 1, 2027 or by agreement: Paar- and Einzeltherapeut*in, 80% Your area of responsibility includes counseling/therapy of couples, individuals and families on all aspects of relationship topics and problems co-management of the group offer for couples, which takes place on two Saturdays a year documentation; file management; statistics; development and periodic revision of counseling and therapy documents quality assurance networking within the overall organization and with other specialist offices Your profile Basic training in the field of social work, psychology or in another human science in-depth specialist training in couple and family therapy additional therapeutic training and further education (preferably in emotions-focused couple therapy or willingness to complete it) Experience: - in working with couples and relationship issues - in the outpatient setting stable, independent, team-oriented personality Our offer We offer you a varied, independent and responsible activity with great design possibilities, internal and external further education and training, and a centrally located workplace.
