Your tasks: Successfully realize construction projects In this responsible function, you will accompany demanding construction projects from planning to successful handover. You will be responsible for coordinating the execution and ensuring that quality, deadlines, and costs are always in harmony. Tendering and awarding: You will prepare tenders and quotation documents with great care and support the awarding processes. Through your structured approach to work, you will create the basis for successful project implementation. Construction site organization and construction management: During the implementation phase, you will coordinate the contractors and specialist planners involved, organize the construction site processes, and ensure a smooth construction progress. You will create, monitor, and continuously adapt schedules to meet project requirements. Cost and quality control: You will manage the construction accounting, monitor cost developments, and ensure that defined quality standards are met. You will also maintain an overview of complex issues. Project completion and handover: From the acceptance of individual trades to the commissioning, you will coordinate all completion work. You will consistently pursue and rectify defects so that projects can be handed over on time and in high quality. Project management with a broad perspective: Ideally, you will also have experience in project management. You will accompany projects through all phases and work closely with building owners, investors, authorities, and specialist planners. Through your coordinating strength, you will successfully guide different interests towards a common goal. Your profile Professional qualification: You have several years of experience as a construction site manager in the Swiss construction industry and are familiar with the relevant norms, processes, and requirements. Further training as a certified construction site manager, certified technician HF construction, or a comparable qualification completes your profile. Personality: You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and take on responsibility. You are characterized by your organizational talent, negotiating skills, and professional demeanor, as well as your ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
