Industrial Project Manager (M/F/D) - Transfer of machines and equipment

For one of our clients, a company specializing in the transfer, moving, and reimplantation of industrial equipment, we are looking for an experienced industrial project manager for a permanent engagement in the canton of Neuchâtel. This search is being conducted in strict confidentiality. Job description ## • Analysis and preparation of industrial transfer and moving projects • Planning of the various intervention phases • Definition of personnel, material, and handling and lifting resource needs • Organization of dismantling, handling, transport, reassembly, and installation operations of equipment • Coordination of different internal and external stakeholders • Communication and coordination with clients, production managers, and technical services • Supervision of operational teams and potential subcontractors • Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and resources • Identification of technical and organizational risks • Implementation and monitoring of safety measures • Anticipation of constraints related to the different phases of the project • Management of unforeseen events and resolution of technical issues • Monitoring of projects until their complete realization • Guarantee of service quality and customer satisfaction We expect ## • Confirmed experience in the management and leadership of industrial projects • Experience in the transfer, relocation, or installation of industrial machines and equipment • Good understanding of dismantling, handling, lifting, transport, and reassembly operations • Experience with CNC machines, machine tools, presses, robots, production lines, or special machines, a real asset • Ability to simultaneously plan and coordinate human, technical, and material resources • Experience in supervising teams and subcontractors • Excellent organizational and anticipation skills • Very good safety culture • Leadership and a high sense of responsibility • Autonomy and ability to make decisions • Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset • Very good communication skills • Strong customer orientation • Flexibility and mobility We offer ## • A permanent engagement within a specialized company • A position of responsibility with great autonomy • Management of varied and technically demanding industrial projects • A dynamic and specialized working environment • Collaboration with experienced technical teams • Opportunities for advancement within the company • Attractive remuneration according to experience, skills, and qualifications • Indicative salary of CHF 7'000.- to CHF 8'500.- gross per month • Main place of work in the canton of Neuchâtel • Travel according to projects and different sites • A start date to be agreed upon or quickly • Strictly confidential processing of your application Domdidier (1564 Belmont-Broye) Your contact person ### Loïc Parmentier +41 26 510 11 33 l.parmentier@team.jobs Ad no. 6twr3k online since 25.08.2026
