To strengthen our team in Technical Operations, we are looking for a dedicated Process Scientist (Chemist) (a), (100%)    Your tasks: • Supporting the department in daily operational business at the interface between innovative chemical development and the manufacture of new drug candidates (cGMP and non-GMP) • Responsibility for the transfer of manufacturing processes from development to production • Ensuring the successful manufacture of kilogram quantities of intermediates and active ingredients • Close cooperation with development to ensure efficient knowledge transfer as well as robust and sustainable production processes • Accompanying production campaigns from the initial technology transfer through process optimization to process validation • Contribution to regulatory filings of new drug candidates • Ensuring compliance with all cGMP standards and safety requirements • Participation in the creation and revision of manufacturing documents as well as conducting process risk assessments • Identification of optimization potential and driving technical innovations to increase efficiency and further develop the plant infrastructure   Your profile: • Completed studies with a doctorate (PhD) in chemistry, ideally with a focus on organic chemistry • Sound expertise in peptide manufacturing • Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Experience in technology transfer and ideally in a production environment • Very good understanding of GMP requirements and their practical implementation • Team-oriented, assertive, and responsible personality • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form   Our offer: • A dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and further training opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office and the option to take additional vacation days with a reduced workload • In-house KITA at the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our optional savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts at external partners • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovation forward together with us?
