Internal Technical Sales Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks

• Support for the Sales Engineers
• Quotation and ordering processes as well as telephone and written customer support
• Calculation and creation of offers for the Sales Engineers
• Commercial and technical customer correspondence in D/F/E
• Periodic and systematic follow-up of offers as well as correspondence and contact maintenance
• Active support of the sales team in order processing as well as creation of final documentation
• Responsibility for ERP master data maintenance

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or alternatively technical training with further commercial education
• Several years of experience in internal sales in the construction sub-sector as well as a high degree of technical understanding
• Enjoyment of daily contact with our national and international customers paired with a high service orientation
• Coordination and organizational talent
• Proficient PC skills and dexterity in dealing with ERP systems
• German (native language), English is an advantage
• Team player and hands-on mentality, helpfulness and resilience
