ICT Application Manager, Project Manager 60-80% Ostermundigen, with around 19‘000 inhabitants, is the fifth largest municipality in the Canton of Bern. The Finance Taxes department includes the Finance, Taxes and Internal Technology offices. The Internal Technology office is responsible for the procurement, operation and maintenance of the municipality's own IT infrastructure. To complement our IT team, we are looking for as of 1. You lead and accompany digitalization projects in the municipal administration as well as in the school sector You are co-responsible for the operation and further development / customizing of specialist applications such as Innosolv, CMI, Abacus, school specialist applications and other related applications as well as for the documentation and quality assurance of system and application tests You are responsible for the coordination and provision of 1st and 2nd level support of the specialist applications as well as applications in the school sector, participate in the creation of technical and functional concepts in cooperation with the specialist departments and work in municipal internal and external specialist groups and committees You assist in the training of apprentices Can you answer the following questions with YES?
