Employing approximately 240 collaborators, currently including 190 long and short-stay beds, 28 CAT places and meal services delivered at home, the Fondation plans to increase its reception capacity and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex for which the opening is planned in 2028. La Résidence Grande Fontaine is a medico-social establishment of 84 beds, welcoming clients in geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics compatible with long and short stays as well as day care. An institution of human scale, we are committed to accompanying residents daily according to the Montessori method, respecting their rhythm and their autonomy. The establishment plans to increase its reception capacity to 124 beds and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS in Bex for which the opening is planned in 2028. We are looking for: un/e Croix-Rouge Health Care Assistant at 80% Your profile: Holders of the mandatory Croix-Rouge health care assistant certificate Benefiting from experience in advanced age psychiatry (an asset) Interest in the elderly Dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous person You show flexibility - day shifts, evening shifts, and two weekends per month Geographical proximity to les Diablerets or desire to settle there Your main tasks: Accompany residents in ADLs (activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobilization, monitoring, safety and comfort for residents); Participate in individual and group animations; Execute basic and comfort care; Collaborate with other services.
