The Heim Weiermatte accommodates around 60 older and care-dependent guests. We offer them a pleasant home and provide individual care and support. Thanks to our around 100 employees, it is possible for us to ensure the operation of the home and act for the benefit of our residents. We are looking for a TEAMLEITER/IN PFLEGE (80-100%) YOUR MAIN TASKS • Personnel, organizational and technical management of a care department with around 15 employees • Responsibility for the holistic care and support of around 20 residents in the framework of the care concept • Contact with relatives and other reference persons • Ensuring care quality • Active participation in change processes and further development • Collaboration in direct care and support • Interdepartmental cooperation YOUR COMPETENCIES • Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or a diploma in nursing HF or an equivalent diploma • Proven leadership qualities, advantageous with leadership training or willingness to complete it • Professional experience in the field of long-term care is advantageous • Organizational ability and good IT skills • Networked thinking and action, positive energy and optimism, leadership and appreciation complete your competencies OUR OFFER • Varied, dynamic and responsible activity • Motivated and well-rehearsed team • Supportive and open corporate culture • Discounted catering • Free parking on the premises • Further attractive employment conditions Are you interested?
