Don't wait any longer, apply now! For our client, a foundation active in the family field, we are recruiting an HR Specialist for a permanent position at 80% in the Lausanne region. Your tasks at your new employer • You support the directors of preschool structures on all HR matters and advise the employees in your sector • You manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure, as well as all personnel administration (contracts, work certificates, correspondence, etc.) • You support the structure directors in the use of the time management software and ensure the proper functioning of HR administrative processes • You lead or participate in HR projects related to personnel administration, process optimization, training, and skills development • You contribute to the deployment of prevention and quality of life at work policies and collaborate closely with the Human Resources Management on cross-functional projects • You ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators in your sector to support decision-making, while promoting a collaborative and caring team culture You offer your new employer • You hold a Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or an equivalent training • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess solid expertise in human resources administration • You master labor law, HR processes, and payroll management. Knowledge of Abacus is an asset • You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, HRIS) and stand out through your excellent writing, organizational, and project management skills • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership, initiative, empathy, and a high capacity for adaptation Have we piqued your interest?
