PPM Governance & Digital Tools Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Industrialization & Production Support sector, we are looking for a PPM Governance & Digital Tools Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to structure, deploy, and animate the governance of the Industrialization & Production project portfolio, in order to ensure reliable steering of roadmaps, harmonize practices, and provide management with a consolidated vision useful for decision-making.

Responsibilities ##

• Structure and evolve the I&P project portfolio in the PPM tool: data, statuses, milestones, flows, and management rules
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of project data, in connection with project managers and activity managers
• Prepare and animate PPM governance meetings: consolidation of information, follow-up of actions, risks, decisions, and arbitrations
• Design and evolve portfolio reporting for management
• Support the use and harmonization of associated monitoring and collaboration tools: PPM, Monday, SharePoint or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with internal and inter-site stakeholders to align processes, standards, reporting, and governance practices
• Contribute occasionally to cross-functional projects in digitalization, process improvement, or data enhancement

Profile ##

• Higher education in project management, industrial engineering, information systems, organization, data/BI, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in project coordination, PMO, portfolio governance, or digital transformation, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good mastery of project management methods: scoping, planning, progress monitoring, risk management, preparation of meetings, and reporting
• Comfort with steering and collaborative tools; experience with a PPM tool, Monday, SharePoint, Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau is appreciated
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills; ability to unite diverse interlocutors, structure complex topics, and advance actions without direct hierarchical authority
