Company Description ##

Our client produces drives for medium-voltage motors in a team of approx. 30 employees - partly even for shipbuilding, oil & gas and other areas. The products are assembled according to customer requirements, which is called "component manufacturing". Their drives are frequency converters in a power range of 3MW to approx. 35 MW, thus they are low-voltage and medium-voltage products.

• Control cabinet wiring according to scheme & documentation

We expect ##

• Completed training as an automation technician / electromechanical technician / automation assembler or comparable
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing are an advantage, not a must
• Qualitative way of working and knowledge in handling materials
• High concentration and thus also strict compliance with the rules regarding occupational safety
• Hands-on mentality; employees pitch in and pull in the same direction
• Mentally and physically fit and alert
• PC user knowledge

Temporary employees are viewed as "internal". Accordingly, great value is placed on intensive and long-term induction/training by team leaders and foremen. This in turn means that with very good performance, there is the option for extension and/or permanent employment. Employees are regularly trained and personal protective equipment is always provided.
