Tasks
Do you have a law degree in your pocket and want to use your expertise where it shows direct impact? Do you have no desire for dusty piles of files, but want to actively help shape political and social processes?
Exert influence: You prepare decisions in administrative appeal proceedings for the Regierungsrat and the Direktionen – your analyses carry weight
Experience politics firsthand: You support a landrätliche Kommission, advise the members legally, take minutes and write the final reports
Be a sparring partner: You advise the Regierungsrat, the Direktionen and departments on diverse issues of public law
Accompany municipalities: You examine the regulations and ordinances of the municipalities thoroughly
Shape the future: You bring your legal expertise to exciting, interdisciplinary projects of the Kanton
Your profile
Sound know-how: Master of Law (MLaw) or Lizentiat; a bar admission is a big plus, but not a must
Leadership: You have a talent for putting even complex facts into clear, understandable language
Communication talent: Whether it is Regierungsräte or Gemeindeschreiber - you always hit the right tone
Drive & initiative: You do not wait for instructions, but rather tackle topics independently and in a solution-oriented manner
Team player: For us, togetherness counts; you like to work at eye level and appreciate a collegial environment
