Your tasks
Independent senior physician management of the private ward, where patients of a wide age and diagnostic spectrum are treated with a focus on "50 Plus und Privé"
Interprofessional tandem leadership of the ward together with the nursing ward management
Responsibility for the diagnostics, therapy, treatment and consultation of predominantly supplementary-insured patients
Leadership, supervision and training of the medical-psychological team in a SIWF-certified training center for geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
Close cooperation with the clinic's internal medicine service and the referring doctors
Participation in the senior physician on-call service for the entire clinic
Participation in cross-center committees
If interested, participation in medical teaching at the Universität Zürich and in the Joint Medical Master of the Hochschule St. Gallen
Possibility for outpatient private medical activity
Your profile
You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy and have experience as a manager
Enjoyment of working with people of a wide age spectrum and of leadership tasks
Sound psychiatric and psychotherapeutic knowledge
Openness to business management issues
Interest in a long-term perspective as a senior physician in our clinic
Willingness for interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation
