Job description
For the Kita Chlyholz, Olten we are looking for an experienced, committed and strong-willed personality who, with professional competence, clarity and joy in pedagogical work, takes responsibility for the location. It is important to us to fill the management function with a person who already has sound professional experience and leadership experience in the field of family-supplementary childcare. Your tasks

Professional and organizational management of the Kita
Leadership and support of the pedagogical team
Ensuring high-quality pedagogical work
Design of clear structures, processes and responsibilities
Promotion of an appreciative, binding and professional team culture
Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept
Cooperation with parents, internal specialist departments and the higher-level management
Active participation in everyday pedagogical life and presence in the team
Your profile For this management function we require the following qualifications:

Completed training as FaBe Kind or HF-Kindererziehung/Kleinkinderziehung or an equivalent recognized pedagogical training
At least five years of professional experience in the field of family-supplementary childcare
Demonstrable experience as a deputy daycare center manager or daycare center manager
Completed further training in the field of team leadership/management or the binding readiness to complete a corresponding further training in a timely manner
Experience in the leadership and support of employees
Clear, appreciative and binding communication
