What you can bring to us You autonomously assume the advice and support of young people in their integration process – from registration until the closure of the process. You carefully analyze the initial situation, involve the relevant professionals and institutions in case management, and ensure the flow of information. You allocate measures that promote integration and use your leeway in a targeted manner. You plan, coordinate, and pilot collaboration with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, health professionals, and administrative authorities. You support young people in the transition from school to vocational training – in an individual and practical manner –, implement integration measures, allocate appropriate support instruments, and coordinate their implementation. You are a point of reference for young people, parents, and the organizations concerned – always empathetic and solution-oriented, actively promoting inter-institutional cooperation and positively influencing integration processes. The professional skills that matter to us You have a tertiary diploma in social work, psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, coaching, case management). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of integration or counseling, or as a person in career change, at least 5 years of management experience in similar fields. You know the Swiss education and school system, have a good sensitivity to complex family situations, and demonstrate the necessary empathy. You are strong in coordination, appreciate network work, and think in a solution-oriented manner; you like working both autonomously and collaborating in a team. You like working with young people, demonstrate empathy, clarity, and confidence, and know how to advise and coach in an adapted manner. You perform administrative tasks related to case management in an efficient and structured manner, and appreciate both autonomous work and exchanges within the team.
