To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect with execution experience 80 - 100 % for a long-term collaboration starting from May or by arrangement.

• Collaboration on versatile and demanding residential developments from construction project up to and including realization (focus on tender and execution planning)

What you bring

• Love for detail and interest in accompanying projects from construction project up to and including realization
• a degree from an architecture school (ETH/FH) or equivalent
• interest in demanding architecture as well as a high building culture
• at least 5 years of professional experience in an architectural office in Switzerland
• work experience in service phases 4 and 5
• a confident handling of Swiss building laws, regulations and standards
• a team-oriented, independent and structured way of working
• good German language skills in speaking and writing
• experience in the preparation of tender and execution plans
