Your daily role: Main point of contact for external partners (SECOSS, hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, etc.), you manage care requests and ensure clear, precise and structured transmission to the concerned teams. You also provide effective telephone support to operational teams. Your profile: A Bachelor's degree in nursing sciences or equivalent title; Experience in the field of home care and support (an asset); Excellent stress management and ability to cope with complex situations; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage emergencies effectively; Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy in work; Very good relational skills, with ease of communication; Knowledge of the health, social and associative network of the Canton; Reflectivity and adaptability; Mastery of usual computer tools.
