DevOps Engineer (W/M/D) Shape the future of industrial technology with Techfirm Engineering For our team in the Industrial Services area, Techfirm Engineering is looking for a DevOps Engineer who is ready to take on exciting challenges and grow with us in Switzerland. Your tasks Automation: You build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructures (Infrastructure as Code) using Ansible or Terraform. Platform Operation: You maintain and further develop our modern Linux and container environments (Kubernetes / VMware). Security Integration: You integrate security aspects (encryption, access controls) directly into the deployment process (DevSecOps approach). Teamwork: You work closely with developers and system engineers to keep operations stable and agile. Your profile Training as an IT specialist (EFZ, HF, FH) or several years of professional experience in the IT system engineering / DevOps environment. Tech Stack: Good knowledge of Linux, experience with at least one automation tool (preferably Ansible) and basic knowledge of Git/CI-CD. Mindset: You think in processes and want to make manual tasks redundant through clever scripts (e.g., in Bash or Python).
