Technical Project Leader R&D

You will assume overall technical responsibility for development projects in the field of weighing and dosing systems and accompany the product creation process from conception to market launch.

Tasks

• Overall technical responsibility for development projects in the field of weighing and dosing systems
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization
• Development of technical concepts and implementation of market and customer requirements
• Cooperation with Product Management, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing & Logistics
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of tests, prototypes and validation trials
• Reporting to management and stakeholders as well as leading Steering Committees

Profile

• Completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university in systems engineering, mechatronics or comparable
• Several years of experience in product development and technical project management in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good technical understanding in mechanics, mechatronics and machine development
• Knowledge in sensor technology, control and drive technology is an advantage
• Good 3D-CAD knowledge, preferably in Autodesk Inventor
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel of 10–15 %
