Your working environment

The Jugendheim Aarburg (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/jugendheim-aarburg) is an institution for the execution of civil and juvenile criminal law measures. Male adolescents and young adults who are at risk in their development are admitted. With pedagogical as well as therapeutic measures, the employees support the clients in integrating into the social order. In addition, specific educational and vocational offers provide a foundation so that the adolescents and young adults can prepare themselves for a self-responsible, crime-free life.

The progressive residential groups are shared living arrangements that are recognized by the Federal Office of Justice (BJ) as a closed form of residence. It is intended for the age group of 15 to 19-year-old adolescents, who undergo an educational and vocational assessment after their admission and subsequently begin an individually adapted vocational training program.
