HR & Finance Manager 80-100 % (a)
Your tasks
Independent support and further development of the entire HR lifecycle for several companies
Responsibility for monthly payroll processing including upstream and downstream processes
Management of social insurances as well as accident and illness cases
Contact person for authorities, insurance companies and external bodies in personnel-relevant matters
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements as well as in tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Further development of internal controlling and preparation of relevant key figures
Support in budgeting, reporting and business evaluations
Active optimization and digitalization of HR, finance and administration processes
Your profile:
Commercial training with further education in the HR field, for example as an HR specialist
Several years of professional experience in human resources with sound experience in payroll administration
Knowledge in financial accounting and/or controlling is an advantage
High level of initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in actively helping to shape processes
Very good user knowledge in MS Office (Abacus or Sorba is an advantage)
